Bayside Sharks RFC has applied for an event-based liquor license, which will help the Field House act like a convention center. We won’t be open all the time; just for events like rugby games, private bookings, fundraisers, to name a few. Currently, we pay for Special Event permits each time we host an event, which is costly, time-consuming, and limiting in our ability to operate effectively for our club and community.

You can help us get across the finish line by using the QR code to send a note of support to the City of Surrey Clerk’s email prior to June 13th, 2026, so that your letters of support can be reviewed before the June 15^th Council meeting, where public input is requested.
