Our facility is available for bookings by members and the general public. The clubhouse features a large open-plan area, outdoor deck/patio, Bar and dance floor, Media \TVs \ Presentation equipment. Our kitchen is for warming facilities and the clubhouse has a capacity of 140.
Pricing
- Club rental
- $125 per hour
- a one-hour grace period will be allowed free of charge for set up and take down of your event
- $200 security deposit, this will be returned after the event and all is in good order
- If you require a liquor license
- please indicate the number of adults that will attend the event
- $25/hr per bartender (events over 45 people require two bar staff minimum)
- No alcohol may be served by anyone but a bayside staff member
- GST
- 5% GST will be applied to venue rental
- Coupons
- Non-profits and members get a 40% discount
- Multi-day or weekly rentals are possible, please email events@baysiderfc.com

- Select a 3, 6 or 12-hour block
- Select your dates and times
- Fill in your details (Name, event type, number of people, do you need bar service...)
- Accept the Rental Agreement
- Once you hit submit, you will receive a Booking request email.
- The Event Coordinator will review your request.
- If approved, you will receive an email with a payment link
- Payment for the Deposit and the event is required at this time
- Please review the Cancelation policy in the Rental Agreement
