Team Managers ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a team, allowing coaches and players to focus on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete team submissions and game-day administration
- Manage team communications with players and families
- Act as the key interface with families and support network

The Assistant Bookkeeper supports the Treasurer in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial administration of Bayside Rugby Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recording income, expenses, and reconciliations
- Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and receipt management
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for the Treasurer and Board
- Help monitor budgets and expenditure across club programs

Purpose
The Grant Writer is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing grant funding to support the growth, accessibility, and sustainability of the sports club’s programs and facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant grant opportunities (government, sport bodies, community foundations)

Prepare and submit high-quality grant applications and proposals

Work with Dircetor of Rugby to define funding priorities and project needs

The School Integration Officer is responsible for building strong relationships between Bayside Rugby Club and local schools, promoting rugby participation, and coordinating school-based training and development pathways into the club.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage partnerships with local elementary and secondary schools

Promote rugby through in-school sessions, clinics, and introductory programs

Support delivery of school rugby programs and tournaments

Identify and support talent pathways from schools into Bayside teams

Work with coaches and division directors to align training standards and progression

- Help create and schedule posts across club social media platforms
- Gather player stories, match updates, and club news from coaches and directors
- Support promotion of events, sponsors, fundraising initiatives, and club programs
- Assist in maintaining Bayside Rugby’s visual brand and online presence
