No Legal Equity or Ownership Rights
Participation in the Program does not confer any legal ownership interest, equity stake, shareholding, or proprietary rights in Bayside Rugby Football Club or its legal entity. Micro Team Owners do not receive legal rights with respect to corporate governance, financial assets, property, intellectual property, trademarks, decision-making authority, or any rights typically associated with ownership of a business or club. No Rights to Control or Claim Club Assets
Micro Team Ownership does not grant you any right to control, manage, direct, or influence Bayside RFC’s operations, finances, team selection, asset allocation, sponsorship agreements, or strategic decisions. You have no claim or entitlement to club revenues, property, merchandise inventory, or other assets, whether tangible or intangible. baysiderfc.com

Recognition and Benefits
Benefits offered through the Program (such as recognition on the Owners page or Community Owners Wall, digital certificates, social events, fun polls, prizes, or early event registration) are non-legal, non-binding, and may be modified or discontinued at the Club’s sole discretion. No Warranty or Representation
The Club makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding future value, benefits, privileges, or recognition associated with Micro Team Ownership. Governing Law
This Program and its terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal law in Canada. Disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in British Columbia.
