Whether you’re looking to try a new sport or compete at a high level, Bayside provides opportunities to grow as a player every step of the way.

U14 Girls (Tue/Thu 6-7:30)
Introduction to full-field concepts. Focus on safe tackling technique, rucking fundamentals, and basic team structure. No prior experience required.

U16 Girls (Tue/Thu 6-7:30)
Developing tactical awareness and position-specific skills. Increased intensity in contact areas with a strong emphasis on fitness and decision-making.

U18 Girls (Tue/Thu 6-7:30)
High-level competition prepares players for senior rugby. Advanced strategic play, strength and conditioning, and leadership development.

Many Bayside players have gone on to represent regional, provincial, and national teams.
