We understand plans and schedule changes, players get injured. If you need to cancel your registration, you can request a full or partial refund based on the criteria below.

• Cancellations made before the season starts will receive a 100% refund (Bayside and BCRU)
• Cancellations after the first week of practice will receive a 100% Bayside fee, but will not receive the BCRU insurance portion which is $125.
  • Bayside have no control over the BCRU policy
• Cancellations made after one month of practices and games will receive 50% of the Bayside Fee (again no BCRU fee will be refunded)
• Cancellations made after two months of practices and games will receive 25% of the Bayside Fee (again no BCRU fee will be refunded)
• Cancellations made after three months of practice and games will not be refunded.
